	July 1, 1991, was the overall deadline date to complete all sanitary sewer rehabilitation corrective work. Other deadline dates specific to individual communities have been established through enforcement action such as show cause hearings or court ordered consent decrees. Court ordered compliance dates were initially established in consent decrees against 56 agencies. To date, 8 agencies are subject to consent decrees (CD) and one is subject to show cause (SC) hearings determinations. VIEW MORE
